The new flat membrane micro-pore diffuser is a mature, reliable, energy-saving and high-efficiency aerator, mainly used in municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment. This product produces small-diameter bubbles with uniform diffusion and strong corrosion resistance. It features high oxygen utilization efficiency, low energy consumption, high efficiency and long service life.

The traditional rubber diaphragm of the aerator is replaced with a rubber diaphragm with extension compensation, which can rebound freely. This avoids diaphragm tearing and detachment caused by stress concentration. A reverse-buckling structure with excellent sealing performance is adopted between the diaphragm and the support plate, which greatly prolongs the service life and effectively prevents diaphragm detachment.

The diaphragm adopts an inherent check valve design – a center-thickened non-porous structure. When the air supply is turned off, under the action of water pressure and the diaphragm’s own elasticity, the center of the diaphragm falls back onto the holes of the support plate. The non-porous area exactly covers the air release holes, acting like a check valve to prevent liquid from flowing back into the aeration system.

The diaphragm is made of imported EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber, which is aging-resistant, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and highly durable.

The aerator adopts a unique connection structure with the pipeline, ensuring a firmer connection and better sealing performance, while effectively preventing loosening of connectors caused by vibration during aeration.
